In early 2012 ivon oates and Duncan Whitely presented ARRAY 13, a collaborative site specific project sonically exploring Rampisham Transmission Station, at AudioLab2012. ivon oates continues the experiment, combining long-form video and four channel soundwork in aural space and painting. The work proposes a plastic architecture of folding/layered surfaces akin to skin and the ear, permeated and formed by resonating sound. This is explored through the media of video projection onto screens and painted surfaces within a sound space.
