I have a new tactic. I am going to work out what I should be doing and do it. Not just do the nice stuff I want to do but do the jobs I have been avoiding first. I am also going to write down all the things I need to do the night before rather than in the morning when I should have already started doing them and have forgotten most of them already.
I am not going to make my usual list of a month worths of jobs to do in half an hour.
I am not going to panic.
