Join Contemporary Artist Leanne Broadbent at the mad hatter’s tea party for a glimpse into the surreal world of inspiration and creation. Recently debuting on national television in an interview with ITV’s Paul Heiney from Country Wise, East Riding based artist Leanne Broadbent is again participating in this year’s Reveal Open Studios and can be seen in her studio over the first two weekends in October (1/2nd October & 8/9th October) from 10am -5pm. Leanne has been offered the use of an old hairdressing salon at 84 Hilderthorpe Road in Bridlington as a temporary studio during the event where she will be demonstrating and discussing her work with the public. Inspired by themes of childhood, the fantasy fiction of Lewis Carroll and the Grimm fairy tales, Leanne creates nonsensical narratives in her work which transports the viewer to wonderland. So come be her guest at one of the biggest regional art events in East Yorkshire!
