Carolyn Corfield’s exquisite deity sculptures feature in an exhibition by members of the Roseberry Ceramic Group at the Moors National Park Centre, Danby. This spacious contemporary gallery is a venue for presenting art & craft inspired by the North York Moors. Carolyn’s hand sculpted pieces in porcelain and stoneware reflect mystical aspects in nature that are integral to legend and myth. Sea Tokens, with hearts of glass glazed porcelain allude to love charms, whilst her dryad and deity pieces reference our link with the natural world.
