Breckland Artists, formed in 2002, mark their tenth anniversary by bringing a new and vibrant exhibition to the heart of Norwich. Breckland Artists are a diverse group of fifteen artists, living and working in the south west of the county, who originally got together following participation in the Norfolk Open Studios scheme a decade ago. The group’s longevity and appeal owes much to the diversity of subject matter and the range of techniques employed. This summer, Breckland Artists are celebrating their tenth anniversary by exhibiting at The Forum in the centre of Norwich. The group, which includes artists specialising in painting, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, photography and textiles, will be bringing an eclectic and vibrant mix of work to The Forum to delight and inspire the people of Norfolk. With the artists themselves staffing the exhibition, they will be on hand to welcome visitors and to discuss aspects of their work.
