In Mercy For A Trespass is a ceramic arts project that forms part of the Cultural Olympiad celebrations for the London borough of Hillingdon. It will create an installation on the medieval motte at Manor Farm, Ruislip. This contemporary work of art reflects on our heritage and environment. Clay making workshops for schools and community groups were held at Harlington Community School. Over 100 clay pots and vessels were made and will be incorporated into the installation. The installation will be built on the 8-10th June by Emily Orley and Elinor Brass. It will remain in situ until June 2013.
