Siobhán Hapaska New work ‘The Sky Has To Turn Black Before You Can See The Stars’ was specially commissioned for Site Festival 2013 Presented by Index Working with olive trees, key motifs in Siobhán Hapaska’s most recent work, this newly commissioned piece will extend her concern about the relationship between nature and artifice, abundance and lack of substance, examining the disquieting cohabitation of those conflicting states in a single body/object.
