Over a year has passed since the last blog post here! I returned to my harbour studio in March 2012, only to be evicted in December (see my other blog ‘A View with a Room’)
BUT, in that short period I curated shows and managed the gallery on the pier and had a residency at Brisons Veor which I threw myself into, collecting over 1000 research photos. Some of these found their way into print series, and a little book. I also began painting in earnest: large circular paintings for Telling Stories at Hastings Museum and others exploring the specific rock-strewn landscape that I’d really fallen in love with in Cornwall.
This project ‘ Drawing in Four Dimensions’ has never closed over – and now I have my working space I have room to think and make once more.
