SEE THE BEAUTY OF NORTH YORKSHIRES LANDSCAPE THROUGH AN ARTISTS EYES The 2008 North Yorkshire Open studios is spread over two weekends, including Bank Holiday Monday 26 May. All studios will be open on all 5 days between 10.00am – 5.00pm. There is no entry fee to any of the studios which are grouped geographically into the Dales, Central area of North Yorkshire and Moors and Coast. This year Art Connections is delighted to be collaborating with Arts in Richmondshire, Create in Scarborough and Rural Arts in Thirsk. These organisations, along with Ryedale Folk Museum, are each hosting selling exhibitions featuring work by NYOS artists which should provide a useful starting point for visitors. An additional programme of special events is also planned.
