The Museum of Contemporary Rubbish was founded in 2010 by Alice Bradshaw and is dedicated to collecting, cataloguing and exhibiting contemporary rubbish. The MoCR has made a Blackpool Collection for this exhibition, available as postcards, which feature alongside a Rubbish video documenting over 500 items in Collections from all over the UK, Germany, Italy, the US and Cuba. The Museum’s Research Department has also published a limited edition Rubbish Newspaper which will be available at the exhibition. museumofcontemporaryrubbish.blogspot.com
