There’s a creature on the loose in Hastings!
Let your children’s imaginations run wild at this fantastic kids workshop.
Six special workshops for kids: Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 September – £6
Who’s that hiding around the corner?
What’s that moving on the beach?
Did you just see what I saw?
Take a magical adventure with Lone Twin who last visited Hastings with their spectacular Boat Project in 2013.
Inspired by the imagination of young people, Beastie is an innovative participatory performance for children aged 6 – 10.
Beastie is a special experience for children only, so parents will need to drop off their child at the Stade Hall (the starting location) and then pick them up 90 minutes later. The kids share a jaw-dropping secret and take charge as they create their own stories and explore their surroundings hand-in-hand with a very special new friend.
The result is a playful, active and engaging experience for small groups of 12 children, accompanied by chaperones at all times. Beastie outings will involve the children going outside so please provide appropriate clothing and dress for the weather!
Directed by Gregg Whelan and Gary Winters, Lone Twin are acclaimed for making an ever diverse range of intimate, hopeful and entertaining projects. Beastie combines this extensive theatrical experience with Gregg and Gary’s work writing for children’s television.
