WHAT DOES IT MEANS TO BE A CONTEMPORARY CREATIVE LATIN AMERICAN IN LONDON?

The Latinos Creative Society from the University of the Arts London, will be having their 1st event about Latin American identity on the 21st of February 7 PM– 9PM in the Latin American House at London.

Six members will present their practices opening a space for reflection with the audience. The event attempts to understand where could exist a connection among the diverse identities that conform Latin American heritage, and how this heritage transmutes by being in a multicultural over stimulated environment like London. The event is free and open to the public.

Tere Chad – Chilean – Visual Artist: Balancing Haptic Sensitivity & New Technologies

Juan Covelli – Colombian – Visual Artist: Heritage in the Digital Era

 

Presentations and discussion will be in Spanish with the help of a translator. The event will be mediated Anabella Bergero, an Argentinian fashion designer.
