AFTERMATH is a programme of short animations exploring the Great War at its centenary, and themes of conflict and loss. The programme includes ‘I’m OK‘, a new short film by Elizabeth Hobbs about the artist Oskar Kokoschka’s experiences as a soldier in the First World War.
The programme of films will be presented by Elizabeth Hobbs and include an introduction to artistic responses to the Great War by prominent artists who lived in St Ives by Janet Axten.
Please note that the films are for an adult audience, or at least not for younger viewers because there are some graphic depictions of war.
This event is programmed by Tate St Ives and takes place at the Borlase Smart Room, Porthmeor Studios
Supported by Arts Council funding.
