Class of 2020: Alice Clarke

“Personal influences remain as just that, it is important for them to remain as hints so that viewer can have their own experiences with the work.”
Alice Clarke explores the processes within making though ceramics and explores how past experiences and intuition affect her work. Clarke manipulates clay by hand, leaving behind a strong tactile feeling and the importance of the artist’s hand.
