‘I AM WOMAN HEAR ME ROAR’
South London Women Artists (SLWA) is a critically acclaimed group of visual artists living and working in South London and exhibiting across the UK and internationally.
International Women’s Day is very important to us, providing a voice for women on an international level, allowing us the opportunity to express ourselves as women while connecting with each other, discovering and learning about women’s experiences today. Our forthcoming exhibition, ‘I AM WOMAN HEAR ME ROAR’ inspired by the 1971 song, ‘I am Woman’ by Helen Reddy, will take place at The AMP GALLERY on Thursday 3rd – Sunday 6th March, 1 Acorn Parade, London SE15 2TZ.
