Woodend Studios is a collection of artists, crafters, makers, and independent creative businesses who all have their studio at Woodend Mill, Mossley in Greater Manchester.
Steeped in history, Woodend Mill is a converted textile mill dating back to 1842 based at the foot of the Pennines. Join us to meet the makers as they throw the doors open to their studios. This is a great opportunity to view and purchase their works.
The studio holders span many artistic disciplines including; Fine Art, Textiles, Fashion, Embroidery, Pottery, Interior Design, Photography, Leather craft, Prop Making, Jewellery Design, and many more. The studios will be opening for visitors to enjoy the many exhibitions and to discuss work with the makers. There are taster sessions, workshops, and even a treasure hunt for the younger legs who can follow the trail through the mill to find clues.
