On Sunday 29 November a funeral was held for a forgotten croft in Digbeth. The ceremony marked the death of industrial use for a burnt-out warehouse overlooking the river Rea. Public Artist Hannah Hull spent three months researching this site of ‘No Special Interest’, in order to give it a dignified and highly personal farewell. The public are invited to come and pay their respects and view articles from the funeral at The Rea Garden, where the artist will be available to discuss the project.
