Visions in The Nunnery is an exhibition and series of events showcasing international moving image works by both emerging and established artists. Coordinated and curated by Tessa Garland and Cinzia Cremona, Visions in The Nunnery includes an exhibition of selected works and a series of screening events and talks at The Nunnery gallery in Bow. On Sunday 3rd October there will be a critical forum at The Nunnery (2-6pm). On Thursday 7th October, there will be a late opening (7-9pm),as part of the First Thursday scheme. On Saturday 9th October there will be a special film screening curated by Louisa Fairclough and including work by Tacita Dean and Mariele Neudecker. Visions in The Nunnery 2010 will culminate in a programme of live performances on Saturday 16th October (4pm – late). Bow Arts Trust artist-in residence, Franko B, will be staging a performance.www.openvisions.org
