New Exhibition of work by Clair Rushton, inspired by City Arts, Arts on Prescription Programme. City Arts is all about people, creativity and wellbeing, and here presents an installation inspired by the Arts on Prescription programme. We believe that taking part in the arts offers new and inspiring experiences and makes a difference in people’s lives.
