See Me is Scotland’s national campaign to end the stigma and discrimination of mental ill health. Their annual photo competition reflects the idea that minds are changed with pictures as much as words.The theme for this year’s entries is the idea of ‘Support’. Participants have used their own imagination and personal experiences to interpret the theme, exploring questions such as ‘what keeps you mentally healthy, who helps you to stay positive’?
