‘Love’ presents intimate and personal responses to the places we live and those close to us. The fear of loss and passing of time is evident in an unspoken conversation between artist and her grandmother, whilst breaking parent-child behavioural roles proves difficult for a woman in her forties. A coast guard demonstrates discontents of LA living whilst we hear of Hollywood film industry foils and fables from producers and Spielberg?s scriptwriter. In Palm Springs, pensioner Connie exalts in her freedom whilst an LA young couple talk about their attraction to each other.
