In May and June 2017, the a-n team was out and about at five UK locations – Margate, Liverpool, Bristol, Newcastle upon Tyne and Leeds – bringing together artists for a mixture of workshops, talks, get-togethers and much more.
The a-n Assembly programme was developed alongside local artists and artist-focused host organisations, with the resulting events reflecting a regional resonance that supported a-n’s members and local artist communities.
Each Assembly took place over two days with workshops, networking, debate, practical advice and guidance surgeries, artist-led tours and artist meals included in the programme.
