Its been way too long since I last wrote something.
I have been busy, very busy but not with painting. I’m not managing to squeeze out enough energy and time to work on all the ideas for paintings thats keep jumping into my head.
I have been temping. Stuffing envelopes, updating contact databases and pressing buttons to open and close a shutter and some doors.
I’m reaching breaking point and am so relieved that tomorrow is my last day.
Next week I head to Perugia for a few days to join some friends on an artists retreat in the hills. I haven’t decided what to bring, or what I will be doing, but hope that in those days I have a bit of space and peace to make some clear decisions.
I feel like I’m at a stepping stone and waiting for a green light to take the next step.
