Managed to get the thing out of the door…just! it’s currently in Angela’s garage while we try to figure out how to get it down to Carmarthen. Had some funny looks as we were carrying it through the village.

Day 10
All done, but now there’s a bit of a problem…how to get it out of the kitchen and down to the gallery. in the meantime where’s it going to be stored? answer…in a very kind friends garage.
We’ve both said we love the pared-down simplicity of the form, how it’s become incredibly sculptural. I like the idea that it’s an anti-consumerist tree. A second chance for the tree itself, which has been wrapped in old damaged children’s paperbacks. Re-use, re-cycle, re-new.
