Wow. Received the sample from the printers. Two sections have been cut away from the backdrop to test colours and quality. The image shows the height of 3m and 1.5m wide. Checking the intensity of colour and that it will not be too flat. Making sure there is still depth and layers within the print.
Mocking up the mantle piece, using painted card to see the relationship between the vessels and the watercolour painted back drops. So many variations. What to choose? Enjoying this part of the process, a welcome relief from throwing in the studio.
