I’ve been adjusting to a new place. A place with new light and a horizon. Moving from a northern city to a place by the seaside is a significant shift in inself, and daily I reminded of the different light qualities.
I had wanted to take a bunch of photographs in the snow. The reflective quality was the most extraordinary thing. And now as the snows melting and I’m sat at home, I can sense the light changing as the rain dissolves the white carpet and the light hues change again. I am hoping that there’ll be enough snow on the hills to be able to make use of the giant reflective studio there’s been, I am hoping I’m not too late …..
