Bank holiday Monday has gone so time to get on with things now.
The aim of this blog is to document the preparation of a show in March 2011 at Narberth’s Queens Hall.
It is a solo show of all my own work in a small gallery measuring approx 4m x 4m.
I have more than enough work to fill the gallery so the preparatory tasks will involve the selection and presentation of pieces, as well as the production of written documents to support the exhibition.
The aim of the show is to examine the dialogue between the two distinct artistic styles i use. Each is produced by an alias, the abstract landscape painter Dr Justinian Beau, and the graphic interventionist, Mr Herbert Haut. Once work has been selected and framed another task will be to decide upon the layout and presentation, this also needs to be considered way in advance.
The images here are taken from inside the conservatory and are both behind glass so apologies for the quality.
