From lots of initial ideas i’m starting to whittle them down to three..ish.
So far I have spoken to Preston vegans about baking the biggest vegan cake on record , though im not sure how we can quantify it?
I have also made tentative steps to knit and natter/stitch and bitch types about knitting the worlds longest football scarf, PNE ?!
I also contacted guinness world records about making this attempt too, it seems i have to first put the idea forward they then have to agree this. Only then can i pay the £450 to have a go at it….seems like a lot, but hey can you put a price on creating a world record.
I also contacted the guild re. getting a float for the community parade nad promptly received an invoice for one…all i need to do now is fill it with goths,punks and metal people a sort of black parade/green day ‘minority’ video, the bigger plan is to raise awareness for Sophie Lancaster Foundation.
Other idea still floating around, which i am reluctant to let go of are the creation of an animation involving all the above and a death metal guild anthem.
