Chinese Meal for Two
My situation at the moment between me and my Chinese girlfriend-Wei Cheng can be quite challenging when it comes to living a long distant relationship. Our love grows stronger every day when we are in different culture settings across the world from each other. We have to rely on Skyping each other on the computer to see each other and to talk about anything we want that will make our love better.
Why This idea?
From these types of experiences that we both face, I create my art work from this idea of Skyping and try to make our technology reality more and more real. I want to do this idea so much because I find it difficult for Wei Cheng to come here and visit me and I can only see her at least once to two times a year in China. I want to try make the memories and absence of each other become more real by using technology to make our virtual scenic reality
