from my trip to the first site gallery i have made some work that i thought would push my work in a different direction. i have made works that i will place quotes over or poems that i have made or reflections of dyslexia related topics.
i got the ideas from the first site and i thought that the backgrounds had bright bold colours that caught the eye. i wanted to try and bring this into my work. in my a3 sketch book i talk about this ideas in the beginning. this is some edited photos of me that i had taken. they are plain simple selfies that i have chosen to edit and bring the colour out in them refining the pallet to a number of colours. i think that this has worked out really well on some of them and others i have refined the palate too much.
