Broomhill Lido.
My final year of study will include a collaboration with local contemporary artist Ian Moss. Ian’s video, called Wondering in Time, which portrays the history and decay at the Broomhill Lido in Ipswich. The abstract style of the video imagery, closely matches my developing painting style and has inspired me to interpret the images in paint, as seen in Tag 8.
With Ian’s agreement, I made stills from his video and will use them to create my conceptions, with the expectation of creating a joint exhibition to raise money for the lido appeal fund.
