Monday 12th May, in studio today working on the largest scale work, and due to the scale 6ftx3ft trying to create a sense of sublimity,serenity, ambience, calm using very soft blue colbalt wash and perinone orange (pink) wash colour remembering Claude Monets quote “colour is my day long obsession my joy and my torment!” knowing when to stop or carry on is the big issue!! at this stage…see images of work and hand installation… the plinths are in the process of being finished.
