Finished assessment presentation – wall drawing is from Le Corbusiers – Maison Citrohan 2” altered in Google Sketch-Up. The Malevich – “White on White” balanced sculptures are placed on the shelves and plinths.
Setting up for assessment. The plinths and shelves will have my perspex, card and wooden Malevich “squares” on them. The wall drawing will stretch across these and the two walls and floor. I considering leaving the projection without drawing it but the assessment asks for works which have worked best – so a projection wouldn’t make sense!
This wall drawing is a different altered shape, from Le Corbusier house design – “Maison Citrohan 2”. Again, the perimetre of the house design and altered in Google-Sketch Up. I will show the finished installation will be shown next week.
Hiding squares in cracks of doors and walls. It would only be a matter of time before they fell. I think something should be done with the random positioning which was created from the fall…
Projection experiments with the drawings of the Malevich sculptures and the actual sculptures themselves.
High Rise Flats Experiment. Acetate with “windows” printed on to give the effect of a city scape. I want to discuss the rise and fall of such buildings over the last few years – i’m not sure that this is the way to go but further experimentation will take place to decide!
