In celebration of record store day on April 21st I have begun a painting of a rack of Compact Discs at Rough Trade.

Painting over a deep titanium ground very simply and tonally, whilst listening to a lot of experimental music ironically a lot of podcasts and online radio.

March was busy
We held an Open Studio at of the opening of “Mises en Scene” by Anthony Noel Kelly on Thursday 15th March 2012.
I had a group show open on until 19th April at SW1 gallery near Victoria station.
Now working for Patrick Hughes on occasion as a painting assistant who has some open studio events upcoming and a NY show in May amongst other things.
Made paintings as giglee print runs of 5 on archival paper.
Did a few more music related sketches like the 10 albums of the month CD player at rough trade and have had an analogue M8 projector drawing on the go. Been trying to take photos around Portobello of music equipment and have a Ministry of sound DJ experience to organize which should be good source material.
