Thanks to Artist Talking for featuring this blog in their highlights this month, it’s good to feel as though I’m not just shouting into an empty room.
The building of relationships and understanding between all of the artists and the cities has been a great part of the project, and given the news in the past week, it would be remiss not to mention the protests in Istanbul. My short time working in the city, with artists based there has made me more tuned into these events. I’ve been picturing the spaces that are being mentioned and following things as they develop. Maybe this will develop into something else in future.
