Nearly finish my first chapter of dissertation and its really helping me focus more on my final degree show, first chapter is on Ilya Kabakov, how his installation are staged. This is a great help to me as l am now thinking the items l use in my show must be relevant and not just put there.
This a artist who uses images called Douglas Gordon who has inspired me to create similar works with my images on different screens

Been looking at new materials to project on and was suggested to look at Douglas Gordon and found this very interesting vidio of his called making eyes.
Well its been a funny old week, first chapter for Dissertation is taken shape which I’m glad of as l have dread it.
This weekend will start filming myself playing with the bricks l intend to use in my Installation for degree show. Its all experimental so far with lots of editing to do before it takes shape.
My practice is lens based with elements of Installations.Have been working with the body creating links with items l have created with my hands for others bodies.
