Have brought in the wheelchair to see how it looks in the space, need to try out projection next so see the best effect.

been thinking why l am using these objects and the narrative.

This goes back to my dissertation,Dislocation and Displacement, objects and sounds are relevant.

Took some images of baby walker to visualise the screen inside, need to work out a secure way of playing the film.

Dismantle the wheelchair, see how it looks in parts, does it look dislocated and displaced? need to do some sketches of these parts to see length of cable to suspend the parts of wheelchair


Have been spending some time taken images of this space, its height will work well with my wheelchair suspended, also its echos should make the audio work.

Need to try projection on floor next and as the degree show is in June it will be lighter in this space but as its the back of the building its should be ok.

Have bought a Antroid Tablet which l intend to show a film of myeslf playing with the bricks from the Baby Walker inside.



Been looking to see what works best in this space and would like to explore the possibility of projecting a image within the baby walker, filmed myself playing with the bricks that came with the walker.Have spoken to the technicians and may have to invest in a small screen or maybe a IPad to sit inside the walker.

Have also been thinking which image to project on the floor, may do a montage of images on a loop but will have to experiment in dark room first to see which works best.


Need to spend some time in the space l would like to use for my degree show if allowed. The ceiling height is good and very echoy which could really work for audio sound l would like to use,

Would like to suspend a wheelchair from high up in this space along with my baby walker, the concept is both helped me to move around at different times of my life but but both where no good for stairs.
