Another day in the metal workshop, got quite alot done today and am pleased with the progress, and also finished the day off with a video of the mock up of the final outcome with a reflection on the first drawing i did for the soap pump.

The camshaft arms have been totally redone, cut and wielded with checking and double-checking and it was worth it, as the machine now turns extremely well. The piston needs a slight modification on top of the piston caps to stop them clunking, but nothing major, at least the thing actually works.

Adding the skin to the machine. Today I have been in the metal workshop all day creating the bodywork for the machine. I am pleased with the outcome and there has been a big leap forward with it. This project was a big under taking but I wanted to be stretched and challenged and this is certainly doing it physically and mentally.
