The last piece of work for this project is my book of fairytales, which, I can now thankfully say, is finished. (I’m so happy I could jump for joy right now!)

It consists of nine full stories by either the Brothers Grimm or Hans Christian Andersen, if I had more time I definitely would have included more as well. Though I did have a little panic when I very nearly ran out of printer ink while printing it all. Little bit of a close call, but it pulled through.

I think it’s this piece of work that I’m most proud of as well because it’s including all of my sketchbook paintings and drawings from the whole year. I’m beyond pleased with it.

Like I’ve said in my plans, the book is being placed on a chair within my space, where people can come and sit down and read it. Though now that might take a while now that I’ve included some longer stories.

This is it! The last of my work for this year!

The last story I have done work for is “The Snow Queen” by Hans Christian Andersen.

I thought I should end with another longer, well-known story. Though I swear it’s longer than I remember it being. Oops.

I did five images, similarly to how I depicted “The Boy who went forth to learn Fear”, because I thought it would be nice to illustrate an entire story again to round off the end of this year.

I’m really ready for this to be all done and dusted now.

Very close to the end now. I’ve just finished off the last of my paintings and drawings for the fairytale book and have it all compiled.

I’m just waiting for the glue on the covers to dry while it is squashed between some very heavy books.

Everything’s in for tomorrow! The final rush is nearly over!
