Today was really productive. I had a quick catch up with my mentor John and then there was a meeting about our degree show in the studios today.
David chaired the meeting and talked us through what to expect and how to structure the year group for different responsibilities in the degree show.
There are core jobs which everyone will put their name forward for.
Alex and I will be designing a flyer for the auction and everyone is to ask artists to donate artwork for the auction.
John and I then spent some time talking through my dissertation and finding quotes and amending the text which was really helpsul and has really motivated me to try to do a little every day. I had another look last night and finished off what we had discussed and i am hoping to get some more done this evening.
Next week I want to have a play with vacumm forming with different objects i have been collecting, and then using this to cast in plaster!
I am so looking forward to getting this dissertation finished so I can focus on studio work!
