3×3 is East Street Arts' (ESA) new series of talks and workshops for visual arts practitioners which will invite international curators and artists to present their experiences to groups of visual arts practitioners. Each 3×3 session will give the visiting speakers the opportunity to present their own work as a starting point to 10-15 participants. This will be followed by group workshops and discussion to increase knowledge about the varied approaches to curating and its relationship to art practice, audiences, criticism and theory. N.B. Participants will be asked to pass on one idea or question to the curators, prior to the event, facilitating a more informed debate during discussion time. Times: 2-5.30pm, ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED – LIMITED PLACES.PRICE: £15 or £12 for ESA Associate members (payable at time of booking).
