Preview event with Meet the Makers on Sunday 18th November, 2-4pm. An open invitation to view a sumptuous crafts exhibition, sure to dazzle and amaze this festive season. A visual showcase of British designer-makers with an abundance of everything from Ceramics to Textiles, Glass to Jewellery, and everything is handmade. Join us for a special Preview Event and meet the makers on Sunday 18th November at Rufford Craft Centre. Exhibition continues until 30th December. This exhibition offers the perfect chance to fall in love with an original piece of artwork, unique home accessory or item of jewellery. With a complete spectrum of styles and prices, there is something for everyone. Why not treat your loved ones, friends and family… or even yourself? After hearing about the exhibition, Caroline, a facebook follower says: “Oooh, bring on Christmas!” And the artists couldn’t agree more. Years of planning, months of designing and hours of creating have gone into each individual work of art. Many of the professional artists chosen to exhibit in “All That Glimmers…” are members of the Society of Designer Craftsmen, a national organisation promoting innovation and originality in design and supporting this alongside quality craftsmanship.
