Artist duo Webb-Ellis have transformed the gallery at Crescent Arts into a living, evolving, generative installation exploring what connects us in an age of increasing alienation. The resulting film and sound installation will be premiered as part of the Museums at Night festival on the 27th of October and will be on show during the final weekend of the exhibition at Crescent Arts.
Webb-Ellis have taken inspiration from the renowned artist, Susan Hiller, and her ‘Homage to Joseph Beuys’ series, in which she has collected water from sacred or once-sacred sites around the world over the past 45 years.
The gallery is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11am – 4pm where the installation and film will be on show.
