Art Space Portsmouth is one of the UK’s longest established studio groups. There are 29 versatile studios located at Art Space’s Brougham Road site – the converted Brougham Road Chapel – and a membership of 42 artists in total. The Open Studios Weekend is an annual event which offers members of the public a unique glimpse into the artists' workspaces and the opportunity to meet and talk to artists about their work.And, following last year's successful event, artists will once again offer work for sale as part of an Art Auction, with a percentage of the income raised going to the Art Space Charitable Trust to contribute to the organisation's activities. The Auction will take place on Sunday 11 May at 3pm.
