More on Carousel:Carousel is a professional development programme created by ArtForms, the music and arts team from Education Leeds. The Carousel programme was designed to support practising contemporary artists with a desire to work in education. Each artist worked with the art department at a ‘host school’ where the Art & Design teachers acted as mentors and supported the artists to develop their understanding of schools, students and the curriculum. This exhibition demonstrates the powerful contribution artists can make in facilitating young peoples creativity.
