A special event to mark the culmination of an epic eight week walk across Gloucestershire with artists, four donkeys and a cart. Supper: Saturday drop in between 5-6pm £4 adults, £2.50 children. Artists talks, screenings and performance: Saturday 6pm til late. FREE. Booking is advisable for the evening supper and event. The bar will be open for drinks and snacks during the day and evening.This event will be an opportunity to meet the participating artists and them to present, create, or perform some of the work that they have been inspired to do by their part of the walk. The commissioned artists and writers were:Lyn Wait, Louise Gilbert Scott, Sally Hampson, Barney Heywood(Stand and Stare), Lucy Heywood (Stand and Stare), John Hegley, Louisa Fairclough, Ella Bryant, Jo Bousfield, Deborah Aguirre Jones, Zoe Benbow. Led by Fairgame Theatre in partnership with Stroud Valley Artspace (SVA), this high profile project was funded by Gloucestershire local authorities and is a recognised Cultural Olympiad project – part of The Quest SW regional programme.
