Claire Winfield and Rhiannon Evans are making work in response to the lost village of Hazelford, a local site of historical, archaeological and botanical interest. Both artists are using this year’s Oxfordshire Artweeks as an opportunity to introduce their collaborative response to the village, its inhabitants and their lives. Pop in for tea and chat with two visual artists in an open studio setting. Process-based work includes mixed-media, drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, found objects and documentation. Performance/actions & participatory walks to be scheduled – see website for further details.
