This March, Off Quay will team up with Whistle Art Stop in Haltwhistle to present an exhibition of emerging contemporary art. Situated in rural Northumberland, the Whistle Art Stop will play host to a group of short exhibitions and events that investigate the art and talent rising from within the North-East of England, and Off Quay have been chosen to launch this succession of events.The Whistle Art Stop is a newly formed community arts organisation in Haltwhistle.
