Courtyard Arts and Community Centre is hoGding its annual Open Exhibition this year in the Gallery at Hertford Theatre. nearly 250 submissions of artwork were made of which the selectors chose 62 for display. This years selectors/judges were Michael Wright (Fine Art, University of Hertfordshire), Chris Draper (Illustration, Anglia Ruskin University) and Helen Giles (Curation, Hertford Museum). First prize winner is Brian Reeves; second, Trevor Childs and third, Ceri House. The exhibition presents an exciting and wide ranging selection of 2D art in a very accessible space.
