This is the acclaimed Final Year Degree show from Applied Arts students at Coventry University. It's a chance to see work of Adam Hussein, Glass Maker and finalist in Volvo 2008 Art and Design Competition as well as urban ceramicist Sandra Owen. Textile artist Julia O'Connell has created an installation called ' Home Maker' and will be stitching new pieces during the exhibition. Julia received hundreds of emails from around the globe regarding her request for stories of mundane objects that help make peoples' houses home. She has then printed and stitched found images onto covered house bricks to make bespoke doorstops. Her textile work is underpinned with a domestic soundscape and projected emailed stories.
